The theoretical part of the master thesis presents motivation, its significance for society and for the overall employee satisfaction. The practical part describes the current situation in company, using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the work will focus on the relationship between satisfaction levels and characteristics of employees. In conclusion, there are proposals that will lead to improved current level of motivation and satisfaction in order to secondarily reduce staff turnover.

The purpouse of this Master's thesis is to be concerned about the issue of employee satisfaction and fluctuation in manufacturing industry. Theoretical part sumarizes a literature review which is neccesary for implying the conclusions from practical part of this thesis. This particular part deals with employee satisfaction connected with benefits and wages. The research itself includes an own questionnaire survey wchich leads to analysis of current situation and it subsequentely suggests possible measures and solutions for increasing the employee satisfaction and decreasing the fluctuation in XYZ company.

The diploma thesis focuses on the use of internal marketing to increase satisfaction of the employees in the specific company. There is a theoretical background of given issue in the theoretical part. The analytical part is centred on the analysis and description of the current situation in the company. One part of the analysis is also a questionnaire. In the proposal part, the definite solutions are introduced in accordance to gained information. These changes will lead to an increase of the employee satisfaction.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of employee satisfaction in the nonprofit organization Diakonie ČCE - center in Myslibořice. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issues of human resource management, motivation and methods of remuneration. In the analytical part, there is a description of the analyzed company and then the analysis itself, for which is chosen the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. Based on this research, possible measures to increase job satisfaction are presented in the proposal section, including an economic evaluation of the proposals.

The bachelor thesis is occupied with the evaluation of customer satisfaction with fast-food in Brno. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, in which the knowledge related to marketing research, customer behaviour and customer satisfaction are summarized. After that the methods of processing and analysing data are described. In the practical part of the thesis, the gathered data are analysed and this starts with the analysis of respondents subsequently the analysis of the attendance, of the popularity and mainly the evaluation of customer satisfaction with the factors at six most popular and known fast-foods in Brno. In conclusion the interpretation of results is done, the discussion is started and the recommendation and suggestion for the direction of the fast-foods in Brno are spoken.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of customer satisfaction in selected restaurants in Vsetín. The first part of thesis includes theoretical basis, which describes catering services, consumer behaviour and marketing research. Furthermore, the statistical methods used for data processing are mentioned. Practical part contains analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire survey and interpretation of results. Final part of thesis presents recommendations for restaurant owners, which are based on obtained results and aim to improve the quality of provided services.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify weaknesses of restaurant facilities in region of Uherský Brod. The first part contains a theoretical overview about catering services, customer behaviour and a description of marketing research. There is also a methodology describing statistics methods. In the practical part data from questionnaire are analysed. Based on the results there is a discussion which presents recommendation for restaurant’s owners in region of Uherský Brod.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at research and the evaluation of customer satisfaction with retail sales networks of Trnava. The theoretical part summarizes an overview of consumer behaviour, customer satisfaction, and marketing research. Subsequently, the thesis states the method for collection of data and their processing. The practical part deals with the analysis of the collected data, respondents, their consumer behaviour and satisfaction with specific factors. The results are subjected to interpretation and discussion, resulting in recommendations for the management of retail sales networks in Trnava.
